The International Spy Museum, housed at 800 F Street, NW, is an exciting part of the redevelopment around the MCI Arena.  DAVIS renovated a series of historic retail buildings, rich in history and architectural detail, to prepare the space for this unique tenant.  The museum is a mixed-use development with an array of fascinating components.  The interactive exhibits and authentic artifacts are centered around the covert world of spies, intrigue, and espionage.  An upscale restaurant, retail store, cafe, and exhibition space finish off this one-of-a-kind project.
