Work included a complete base building renovation with complete interior demolition, facade repairs, new windows, restrooms, elevators and building core, MEP systems, and a new entrance lobby structure. The newly renovated building has become a mixed-use facility with 100,000-SF dedicated to Qwest Communications and 149,000-SF for XM Satellite Radio's headquarters.
