This occupied renovation and expansion project focused on the college's student center, which sought to provide students with modern and upgraded facilities.  The original building combined the student center with a recreational gymnasium and swimming pool.  The new building houses a new gymnasium and expanded swimming pool that satisfies collegiate competition requirements, a recreational gym, a fitness center, additional locker rooms, upgraded dining facilities, and a Barnes & Noble bookstore.
