Senate Square Towers, located on the site of the old Children's Museum at 220 H Street, includes two 12-story residential condominium towers on the block surrounded by 2nd, 3rd, H, and I Streets in Northeast Washington, DC.  The original Children's Museum and administrative buildings were retained and redeveloped while two other structures were demolished to make way for the new buildings.  The project included 432 residential units; the lowest level units were configured as "English Basements" with walk-out terraces lower than the sidewalk level.  Additionally, the entry level of each tower includes a double story residential lobby.  175,000-SF of below-grade parking is located below both towers, four levels on the west side and two levels on the east.  A swimming pool overlooks the Washington, DC horizon.
