ARCHITECT:Weihe Design Group
DURATION:22 Months The Seven Skyline Place project, known as "Project Eagle," was a build-to-suit for a federal agency. DAVIS partnered with Charles E. Smith to compete for the project by developing comprehensive cost estimates and schedules. The superstructure of the building was constructed with the use of two tower cranes to facilitate access to all points of the project. Additionally, because the site drawings had not been completed at the time of contract award, DAVIS developed all the final grades for the site after the underground structure and building tower were complete. The garage footprint is approximately 110,000-SF and secures a below-grade lab facility. The lab space can be converted into two additional levels of parking, if required. This five-story building was designed and constructed to support additional floors in the future. IMAGE BY:Dan Poyourow | |
