Construction of Black Entertainment Television's (BET) 90,000-SF headquarters building located in Northeast Washington was completed on a fast-track basis.  The project included a 60,000-SF production facility and 31,000-SF of broadcast facilities.  The complex is located on the side of an embankment directly adjacent to the Amtrak and Metro rail lines.  Subsequent projects for BET included assignments for both BET SoundStage and BET Jazz Channel.
