The project scope consisted of a 48,000-SF, three-story showroom and a 64,000-SF, three-level, above-grade, precast parking garage.  The building is enclosed with structural glass and metal panels.  The dealership features a showroom with a ceiling height of 27 feet and high-end millwork finishes.  A hydraulic elevator bridges the second floor, giving the feel of suspension.  The three-story garage, which connects to the existing VOB garage, has 175 parking spots and a full service bay that accommodates twelve cars at a time.  The design and construction materials reflect the modern european theme established by BMW.
