DURATION:20 Months The headquarters for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) involved the expansion of Wilson Boulevard, the development of a central ellipse plaza, and a below-grade parking facility. The 11-story building features a granite, precast concrete, brick, and window wall facade. The interior public spaces including all lobbies, the first-floor conference center, and auditorium, feature high-end finishes. The facility also contains a state-of-the-art HVAC system, developed around an ice storage unit located on the roof. This project also included a courtyard with extensive landscaping and fountains.
