This highly detailed, 125,000-SF interior construction project was executed concurrently with the base building renovation, requiring extensive coordination between the building owner, tenant, various architects, engineers, and contractors involved.  Architectural millwork doors and frames required careful installation and alignment with stone walls and floors.  The project also involved the construction of a glass and stainless steel stairway connecting the sixth and seventh floors; a glass atrium through all floors; and landscaping work on the upper floor terraces.
