DAVIS recently started this 85 unit condominium project located on 2nd and V Streets in Washington, DC.  The scope includes the renovation of the existing historic Gage School building and construction of a new structure, which will be a wood framed four-story condominium building with a masonry facade.  The cast-in-place concrete parking garage features two below-grade parking levels and four above-grade levels.
