This six-story building, with a striking glass curtainwall, houses the offices of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC).  The two-story atrium lobby features South African anigre and Impala black granite.  A nine-screen video wall prefunction room was equipped with state-of-the-art touch control lighting and shades.  Pivoting partition doors made from Japanese rice paper and glass separate the prefunction room from common areas.  The development also includes a three-story detached parking garage.  The 75,000-SF build-out for NRTC includes a high-end executive conference center, classrooms, and an auditorium.
