DURATION:12 Months This six-story building, with a striking glass curtainwall, houses the offices
of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC). The two-story
atrium lobby features South African anigre and Impala black granite. A
nine-screen video wall prefunction room was equipped with state-of-the-art touch
control lighting and shades. Pivoting partition doors made from Japanese
rice paper and glass separate the prefunction room from common areas. The
development also includes a three-story detached parking garage. The
75,000-SF build-out for NRTC includes a high-end executive conference center,
