The design of this 17,000-SF restaurant was based on a transportation theme and features three separate dining areas on two levels, including a replica of the Orient Express dining car, the dining room on an ocean liner, and a racetrack bar (seating 550).  The construction incorporated terrazzo flooring; finished stainless steel; extensive millwork paneling and accents; and new mechanical and electrical systems.  The restaurant also features a show kitchen, dessert bar, and a full-service bakery that serves other Clyde's facilities.
