Pursuit and Proposal Coordinator

DAVIS is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to provide critical support for the project procurement process and pursuit of new business. Overall responsibilities include ensuring brand continuity for DAVIS through collaborative and detail driven proposal and presentation coordination.  The Pursuits Coordinator must champion + maintain DAVIS’ brand standards across the board.

• Work with various market sector group leaders to secure projects for DAVIS
• Collaborate with industry leaders to drive success for the initial stages of the project

• Take ownership of deadlines related to Qualifications packages, RFPs, and presentation development
• First-hand connection with leadership and management teams

Here’s who you are: (REQUIRED)

• Familiar with proposal development process
• Experience using InDesign or Illustrator in a fulltime role
• RFP + RFQ experience and skills in a fulltime role
• Independent decision making and problem-solving skills
• Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands, and to work independently
• Innovative thinker and dedicated professional

• Exposure to AEC Industry
• Ambition and desire to grow in the Proposal and Pursuit realm
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, related field
• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and / or Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)
