In these instances, we subcontract all construction work, except general requirements and manage products as if we are the owners. DAVIS provides the owner with coordination, recommendations, and oversight of the construction process to ensure that the client saves money and time while receiving the best product possible. We can provide this as cost plus a fee or at risk.
